Yangzhou Positioning Tech. Co., Ltd. is a stock company, which invests in many domains and factories. Our main products include 0.6A - 3000A thyristors (SCR), triacs and diodes, many kinds of transistors and relative dies (fusions) and parts, electronic ballasts and energy saving lamps and so on.

There are over 1,000 employees, in which 360 are engineers and technical persons. Our engineers for thyristor once accepted the training in USA. For ceramic package and moly disc, we have the special team that specialized in ceramic and metal.
